Terrible service, arranged for an 830 pickup 8 hours in advance, waited until 835 and they weren't there. I called to make sure they were coming and was given a 6 minute wait time. 845 still no cab. Called back and was told my cab was out front. I met with a driver who said he was there for someone else and not us. At 9 I gave up and just ordered an uber. I was called back at 902 by a dispatcher telling me they had a cab in route and I told them to cancel. I will use uber over this company any day.

Rude cab drivers and rude people answering the phones. I will never use this service again. No wonder people prefer to use Uber.

Horrible driver. He got off the cab and yelled at me in the middle of the street because his tip was not enough. He kept coming toward me and yelling. When I called the company they said they cannot pull up the driver’s name based on license plate. Terrible customer service. Switching to Uber now.

This company will make you hate taking cabs. Dispatcher sounds like he doesn't like his job. Like you're bothering them. The cab never comes when promised. Poor cab drivers trying to get a fare when their dispatchers aren't even dispatching the calls. I don't usually take cabs. This is my first time in years. Now I see why people like Uber and Lyft. I will have to try that next them next time.

I'm sadden that Uber/Lyft is taking the jobs of these hard working cab drivers. I needed to get to the train very quickly and the cab driver was very knowledgable of Boston and got me there in time for my train! Will use them again!
