I would think since there is uber and lyft; these drivers and company would get their priorities straight. Their priorities are not the customer. Why give these people business, its been the same gripe for years, they never show up on time. Metro cab always makes me late for work. Before uber and lyft we had no choice, but now the customers have options. Im sick of them, id rather walk than get a ride with them.

If I could get away with not selecting a star to write this review I would. They were not professional at all nor responsible. Since I need a wheelchair accessible vehicle, I had scheduled a pickup with 1 week in advance in order to make sure that they could have it ready for me. Two days before the scheduled trip I called again to confirm and they told me that everything was ready. An hour prior to my scheduled pickup time I called again just in case and they let me know that I already had an assigned driver. So my time came and went and I called them because I was heading to the airport and didn't want to miss my flight. To my surprise, the same person that an hour earlier had informed me about my "assigned" driver, let me know that they couldn't get ahold of him and that they had nobody else for my trip. Because of them I had to pay a high fee to the airline to change my flight as I was not going to make it on time and had to call over 20 different places until finally I found Boston Cab who were able to provide me with the transportation needed in a professional and reliable way.

The worst taxi ride ever. This fellow drove like a maniac and his car was vibrating unbelievable. We will never ever use this company again. We were here to enjoy Boston not to feel sick once we arrived at our destination. DONT USE THEM

We booked a 5:10am ride to go to the airport and even after calling again 20 mins later it never showed so we had to get a Lyft and nearly missed our flight. Never trusting cabs again, especially this one
