I was very disappointed in this visit to this Boston Market. I am a fan of the rotisserie chicken and that is usually what I order. However today I had the Prime Rib. It wasn't the greatest to say the least. It was very thinly sliced and served barely cooked and barely  warm. The sides were good. The restaurant and service were okay. But I will stY away if I can expect food to be prepared and served the way this was.

When I can get served, the food is great. Don’t come here after 8 and expect to get served though. Every single time I come through the drive-thru they make me sit and wait at least 5 minutes before somebody even comes over the intercom to take my order, and it’s normally with a horrible attitude. I’m not a “regular” here but I get consistently poor service in the evening time. Just today, I pulled up in the drive-thru and sat there and waited. Nobody came to take my order. As I was leaving I see the staff standing around the counter just chatting! If they’re out of food, fine, but at least be professional and tell your customers instead of just pretending we aren’t here.

It's the only location that I can find the very best in creamed spinach veggies and I always got to do my meatloaf love that Meatloaf can't get can't get enough of it Vero Beach location
