We pre-ordered a meal for Thanksgiving, and when we arrived at our scheduled time, found the front door locked and people standing around wondering what was going on. Eventually a customer inside let us in. There were lots of employees there, but the organization was terrible. There were open boxes of food everywhere, even on the floor. They were slowly thawing out which can't be good. They were building orders and making corrections instead of having everything already boxed and ready to go like last year. I feel bad for posting a bad review because the employees were nice, but hopefully someone will read this and do something about it. Unacceptable conditions and it took us about 45 minutes to finally get our order. We cancelled our Christmas order and will give cracker barrel a chance.
Since I’ve been working near by recently I’ve eating here RELIGIOUSLY! On occasion, there’s been a few minor issues with my meal. Either 1 they charge me for a large meatloaf and give me a small portion, or 2 forget my utensils, 3 forget my cornbread, or 4 I order a 1/2 white chicken meal and get 1/4 white. The management team is really rude. Tries to make me feel like it’s my fault when things aren’t right with my order. Not sure if they’re trying to push me away from dining here, but today they served mr this mess of what’s supposed to be meatloaf saying it’s their new recipe and that’s how it’s going to be served from heron. I really enjoy eating Boston market back in New Jersey. If one more unfortunate mishap happens, I’m taking my business elsewhere!
I order meal for 4 and an Extra chicken! Since I wanted to try the new flavors I order the spicy one for both chicken thinking I was going to get the spicy one's! But instead they gave a small container with spicy sauce in it! And for that they charged me $5.00 Extra for each little container. I ended paying over $60.00 when not to long ago it would have been no more then $35.00
The chicken was delicious today! Hot and fresh out of the roaster with really good flavor.Food: 4/5
I ordered my Thanksgiving meal online to pickup from the Willowbrook location. I was asked to wait for my turn. I waited for a while I was not called but the people who came after me got their food. When I checked with the stewards they said they couldn't find mine. I notice a package left on the ground kicked by everyone and when I asked them if that was mine. They checked and yes it was. I told them that it was so unfair for them to treat me like that. They just ignored me and when I got home and checked on the Mac and cheese it was opened and someone had taken a portion of it and added water to it. It was so disgusting that I had to throw it. The quality of their catering is so bad. I will never get my food from them.
Utmost disgusting quality, bad service from employees no respect for what Boston market used to be. Haven’t been here in over 15 years and I’m happy i stayed away. This location needs to shut down. And Juan you not doing sht about it so stop commenting under every review like you are going to make positive actions to improve this restaurant.
I gave a review about telling the restaurant they need to cook their chicken more or at least offer it well done to the customers who doesn't like their chicken with barely done skin on it. I am updating my review today, 5/21/22 and I want to say thanks ' ladies '. I enjoyed the conversation as well as the customer service. I have to say that this was by far one of the best meals that I've had at this location. I mean just look at the pictures. The texture was just right and the flavor was there. I am already thinking about coming back same time next week. I give them two thumbs up for sure.
THEY SKIMMPED ON THE PORTIONS... I ordered 3 sides: mac& cheese and they were filled less than 3/4 of the container. First encounter and maybe it was a new employee.. Principal: Paid for contents sold in volume and did not meet standards.
Boston Market has always had a great selection of sides with your meal. Good baked chicken and you can never go wrong with their original style baked chicken.Food: 4/5
For this particular visit the food was ok. The location is great. You can't beat the location! It's easy to get in and out. There's a drive through for convenience and the staff is friendly. The interior could use a good cleaning. The floor needed to be swept and a few tables needed attention. I used to eat at Boston Market once a week. I now don't even think to go due to the grungy feel of the place. I love the coupons for a buy one get one meal because the food is good most of the time. The coupons helped out when we were remodeling our kitchen and had to eat out every day. It's also an inexpensive way to try something new in the menu!
