BSC Wayland is a great neighborhood gym.   New equipment and great locker rooms.   The absolute cleanest compared to many other gyms I've been in recently.   Friendly and helpful front desk people and top-notch trainers and group exercise instructors.   And it's next to a grocery store,  package store and dry cleaners so it is completely convenient.

I have been trying to cancel my membership since March.  They continue to charge me. I have spoken to the manager several times and he states he will take care of the situation and reimburse me, but it is just lip service. Still no action.  Not sure how I can be more clear.  My one year membership is up!.  Stop charging me. I don't believe that this club deserves one star...

I like this club for 2 main reasons: 1. It is newer, so it's still pretty clean and decent looking, and 2. It is on my way to work.

The thing I do not like is that it has no sauna or steam room.

Good sized gym. Not too crowded unlike the other clubs. Equipments are new and the weights are only seldom in disarray.
