Felt bad for customer service folks. So understaffed. Supposed great sales and rewards but so many exclusions one cannot use them!

I gave Boston Store a great rating because I am impressed by the fact that the store hires enough sales associates and that they are knowledgeable about their department lines. I really don't like having to search for someone to help me and find that the only ones working are from another department. The associates at the Boston Store are professional and know their stuff.

Terrible customer service. I don't normally shop with them because of this reason. Every time I leave very frustrated with the way the staff treat me.

This store tends to be understaffed, so there are long waits to check out and finding someone on the floor for assistance is difficult. Changing rooms are often unkempt.

Great prices on classy men's ties from Calvin Klein and Michael Kors with all the coupons. Make sure to bring the coupons. Same ties were more money at another retailer.
