On Friday November 24, 2017, I was at Boston Store with my Granddaughter. We were looking at the Philosophy products near the cosmetic department when a display rack fell on me and hit me on the head. Security came and took my personal information and brought me a couple of ice packs. I was told that someone would call me on Monday. Today is December 5th, and I still have not received a call from the store. When I call and select a department other than one that is listed in their directory, there is no answer. Thanks for caring about your customers Boston Store.

We had discount copouns and sales associates refused to use those or even to scan. Very rude customer service. Cashier people are not helpful at all. They would rather make things difficult than the other way around. This store needs to improve customer service and quickly before they loose more and more customers.

This is my favorite store for shopping. I usually find what I need or something close to it. The prices are good, sales are great and customer service is good. Most of the representatives are very helpful and the crosstraining is evident.
