Phenomenal customer service at Rogers and Hollands in Wauwatosa. The manager Kambria is fantastic and has personally helped us every time we stop in for a resizing, to pick something up, etc. We are always recognized as soon as we walk in and are greeted by name. I would highly recommend Rogers and Hollands in Wauwatosa and will continue to use them for any future jewelry needs!

I love Rogers & Hollands. They have some absolutely beautiful pieces and we've had nothing but good experiences with their staff. When my now-husband and I first started dating, he bought me a necklace from this store that continues to be one of my favorite pieces. We decided to come back here to look at engagement rings, and they were incredibly helpful when we wanted to customize the ring by replacing a few of the diamonds with rubies. I have had to get 1 ruby replaced due to falling out, but their warranty is just awesome and it was as little hassle to me as they could possibly make it. I made the mistake of getting our actual wedding bands bands at another store in this mall - the enhancer I had fitted around my engagement ring just didn't sit right and the two rings were constantly sliding around each other. I didn't want to deal with the other store again, so we went back to R&H to get a new enhancer. They gave us a REALLY nice deal on the new ring and ordered it fresh in my size (the other store charged me several hundred dollars to have their enhancer sized up, which ended up thinning the band enough to cause issues later on). They soldered the new enhancer to my engagement ring and it looks just GORGEOUS. I get nothing but compliments on the engagement ring they customized for me - I'm really excited to have a full wedding set now that doesn't slide around and the pieces match so nicely. On another note, the staff here seem to recognize my husband & I when we stop by to look or just to get my ring cleaned - they are very friendly & one of the salesmen has actually said to me that he remembers getting our ring made & how unique it is. We love this store!

Walked in, manager was with a customer and training a new kid. Looked at some settings to revive my old setting for about five minutes. No one came to help. Then, a young couple walked in, all of a sudden a salesman walked up to them to ask if he could help. I was shocked as I was concentrating looking at the setting to see which one would fit my two carat center stone since I could not find any jeweler in town that has a ready halo that fitted a two carat. I walked up to the manager who was finishing up with a customer and she said she would be right with me. I spoke to the kid in training why I was not helped while the two white people that just walked in was helped right away and he said he was new, blah, blah, blah. The manager finally got to me and said sorry and could not explain why I was not helped when I was there before the young couple walked in. I then went to Gold Creations to have a halo setting made for my center stone. Sad.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the Rogers and Hollands in Mayfair mall. I have bought multiple items of jewelry with them, and have enjoyed every piece! My husband bought my engagement ring at another store and we bought his wedding band and my wedding band at R&H. Renee was very helpful and patient with me when choosing my wedding band to fit perfectly with my engagement ring. She also helped us pick out my husband's band. Their great service continued through weeks. We came back after my husband decided he didn't like the ring he bought. Heidi was very helpful in exchanging the ring for one that he liked better and re-sized it for him. When the time came when I decided to put my engagement ring and wedding band together- we brought it to R&H! They were really, really attentive to my each and every request on how I wanted my ring to look. Two weeks later my ring was ready.. or so I thought. Turns out my fingers finally felt the effect of lost weight and the ring slid right off. Renee and Joseph helped me figure out my new size and had the ring rushed out to be re-sized. Joseph was great at calling me and updating me with all the news about my rings and timelines. My parent-in-laws just bought a very nice diamond necklace and earrings from R&H. Quality is fantastic. I was a little hesitant about the chain being a bit thin, but it has lasted and remains strong. Will definitely be shopping with R&H Mayfair again.
