Wow what a fabulous experience we had here today.Our brother-in-law and his wife who dine here every Sunday brought us along for dinner. Valerio and Giulia who are the owners greeted us all very warmly.I realized quite quickly why the guys love it here.Excellent service,delicious pasta dishes and I tried my first ever Italian IPA....and it was pretty good.We enjoyed our time here tremendously.If I could score this classy restaurant 6 stars then I would.

Good food and service. Owner was great. Prices are high. I think they are trying to improve. We have had good dinners here, always on the patio.

I love this place,the owners are incredibly welcoming and the pasta is always always dente!the location is really nice and classy too!

If this is the best Italian food in the South Bay I think that the residents there need to re-think eating Italian food. We had dinner here on Sunday evening and the food was just OK at best. The service was good but the food was mediocre. When your Tiramisu is barely tasting like an Italian dessert that is a true sign that this is mediocre food for a mediocre crowd with a limited palate. Out of the five meals we had no one thought that any of the meals were spectacular. I have been all throughout Italy, New York, Chicago, Detroit and even St. Louis the mediocre restaurants would put this place to shame. The grilled calamari and grilled octopus were bland and did not have a great deal of flavor and was barely recognized as an Italian dish. Where was the veal chop, linguine alla vongole, pasta al frutti di mare and other Italian favorites? I did not know that duck and lamb chops were an Italian specialty since both were just OK? Sorely disappointed and definitely way overpriced for the quality of the food.

This is ( hands down) the best Italian food in the entire south bay!and i am Italian and my husband too, we have been looking for years for an authentic Italian restaurant, and now we found Bottega Romana! ITALIAN OWNERS, ITALIAN CHEF AND HOMEMADE PASTA AND GNOCCHI! .. un pezzo di Italia a Redondo!❤️❤️
