Bottom of the Bay USED to be my favorite place for all you can eat crabs. They had great food, friendly atmosphere, and very attentive waitresses. HOWEVER, new owners that gotten rid of all of the good help, have become very cheap and frugal with food (removing self serve fountain drinks and condements area, serving old reheated crabs, etc.) and have made several cosmetic changes that have left the restaurant feeling "cold" and very unfriendly. It always amazes me when new owners purchase a thriving business and decide to make changes that ultimately put them out of business. Very sad.

Ive been eating here over 10 years... Great crab cakes.. Ive never tried the endless crabs... But this is a good trap spot...

Last time I went the crabd were rotten. We got 3 trays of bad crabs beforewe got a single good one.  Smelled like ammonia and sewage. When I let the owner know her response was that's why they ate all your can eat,  if they are bad we will just bring you more. Over 50 dollars a person for this. I recommend this place and had a group of 7 with me.  I will not return and neither will my friends. What an awful experience.
