I had an issue with my heating system. The technician, Brandon, was nothing short of professional. He did not park on my driveway, he wore shoe covers the whole time , and he was in and out multiple times, never once used profanity in my presence and he explained the job and cost the whole step of the way. He very knowledgeable about his job and courteous. Overall I felt he respected my home and that means a lot to us, and he resolved the issue. Well done.

I met Jon Rivers when he came to my house to discuss a new heater & air conditioner.   Jon was very professional and friendly.    Jon's knowledge about the new heater & air conditioners was very impressive, he answered all my questions.  Jon took the time to measure in detail my home to determine the correct size required.   I did not feel rushed in making my decision, and I appreciated that.  It was definitely a pleasure in meeting Jon and discussing the options I have.   I also would like to add, I find it very comforting to receive the email with a picture and bio of the person Boulden Brothers is sending out before they arrive at my home.  I am very please to be a Boulden Brothers customer.

as usual, it was with happy anticipation I experience, while waiting for my Service Champion, Courtney Keenan-Corridor to arrive and service my Heating and Air Conditioning Unit.  She is one of the most cheerful, positive and extremely capable Service Contractor I have every used.  She can make you feel good, even when she has to tell you. that  you need a new Blower or whatever. I have welcomed this very pleasant and knowledgeable  lady in my home now for many years and hopefully many more!! Roi Barnard

I had Kevin the plumber out to my home today. I had a plumbing leak that needed to be addressed. Unfortunately no one could be home for the appointment. However, Boulden called me when Kevin was on his way, and I told them how to access my home. Kevin quickly diagnosed the issue, called me to explain what was happening and offered solutions. The flat rate pricing was simple to follow and allowed me to pick and choose which repairs to do based on severity and price. He gave me a call back as soon as the work was performed, verified that all components I asked for were addressed and to make sure that there was no additional tasks or questions he could take care of before he exited my home. He closed and locked my house behind him and I couldn't even tell anyone had been in my home (besides the repairs being made of course!).

Boulden Brothers first texted to say they were on their way and arrived promptly when they said they would. We had a whole house surge protector installed, new smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector. Our house is safer today than it was yesterday! Our technician was knowledgeable, courteous and prompt.
