My husband and I are new homeowners and had a substantial plumbing issue come up with our tub/shower. Even though you never want these things to happen, I was glad we called Roto Rooter. Jemal and Dennis were both very efficient and communicative about the repair. I feel confident with their work and appreciate the great customer service.

Excellent and prompt service. I called at 9:48am and Jamal showed up before 11:00am. He was pleasant and polite. I was given worst case scenario up front and it wasn't the case, thank goodness. Unclogged by 11:10 with several test runs with plain toilet paper. Thank you!!

I WOULD LIKE TO COMMEND GAU #948 AS NUMBER 1 PLUMBER. HE DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB. WE HAD A CLOG IN OUR SEWER LINE AND THE TOILET WAS CLOGGED. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND EVEN THOUGH IT WAS FREEZING OUTSIDE-HE TOOK OFF HIS SHOES AND LEFT THEM OUTSIDE SO THE RUGS WOULD NOT GET DIRTY. THIS IS MY SECOND REVIEW FOR GAU
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GAU #948. YOUR CALL CENTER IS ALSO VERY GOOD,THEY CALLED US WHEN THE PLUMBER WAS ON THE WAY.
