A park district is responsible for the preservation of open space in a community, development of parks and providing recreation programs for all ages.
The Bourbonnais Township Park District offers a variety of recreational opportunities for residents and non-residents of all ages. The B.T.P.D. is made up of 4 facilities; Recreation Station, Exploration Station… a children’s museum, Willowhaven Interpretive Center and Perry Farm Administration Building, and 4 parks; Perry Farm Park, Diamond Point Park, Whispering Willows Park and Turnberry Park.
