After enjoying the Exploration Station, my sister and I took my niece to see the ponies and other barnyard animals in the park.  The critters were a bit lazy - understandably - but fairly interesting.  And the grounds are maintained superbly.

This park does many events for the community that are free. it would be great if more places around Community do this kind of thing as well. There are not many free things to do for somebody who wants to do something Outdoors or indoors for that matter. Most of these events are family friendly and little kids can have a blast.

This park is one of the best in the area for walk/run/biking trails. There are many chances to see wild animals when on the trails. Along with the huge park and trails is a great playground for children, and a children's museum. A must visit for anyone in the area and travelers.

Nice playground. Exploration Station is amazing. The walking paths are amazing, and so is the creek. Clean and well kept. There is a nice shelter house with picnic tables.
