Very helpful with an issue we had with our wood stove. We bought it from them a few years ago and went specifically to their store because they have a large variety and very helpful sakes people! Highly recommend!

The staff at Bowman stove and patio are very attentive, courteous and thorough in providing the information that customers need to make an informed decision.  Also the store is well laid out and chock-full of goodies for your patio and fireplace needs.

I was a big fan . . . until today. My pellet stove (which we bought here and we love) stopped working. Tried troubleshooting it myself. Sigh. Called the store for help. Man who answered didn't even ask what the problem was. Just took my name and # and said someone would call when "they didn't have a store full of people." Then he hung up before I could ask if there was someone else I could call. So much for being a veteran on today of all days. 

UPDATE: Someone named Clair called back later. With his help I got the unit up and running! Thanks.

Nice selection of wood stoves and outdoor furniture. Friendly staff, when I was purchasing a stove there was an error with some if the parts, and I had to go back to get a different adaptor, hence the 4 star rating.

Great service from the day I purchased the stove to four years out. I would highly recommend Bowman Stoves.
