Martin’s Furniture provides solid hardwood dining tables, chairs, bedroom/home office furniture, and other fine-crafted furnishings in Lancaster County, PA. It began as a small woodshop in the 1960s. Harvey M. Martin, a Pennsylvania Dutch farmer, began the business with his son Melvin.
On the grounds of the Martin Family Homestead, the company is owned by Melvin M. Martin, his three sons. All wood and products are inspected, sanded, colored, and coated by hand. The company buys only sustainably-sourced hardwoods and recycles all wood by-products, while keeping craftsmen, employees, and neighbors safe with an advanced dust collection system.
