I am a tenent at 750 Main St, Hartford (suite 1210) - I have leased spaced in several different locations in the downtown area and finally have found a home.  I just renewed my lease going onto our second year, and the reasons that I love this building are for the following reasons:
1) have made it easy to accomdate the growth of the company
2) prices are worth every penny
3) upon my lease renewal - there were no surprises (like a jump in rent)
4) the management is second to none, Laraine is always there, listens to everything a makes fair and immediate decisions - consider her part of the 6th degree family.  Laraine is a big part of the sucess and reason of why I truley enjoy working from this building
5) Rosey in the front does a great job greeting everyone that comes to visit when they enter the building
6) the building always looks amazing, clean, and professioanlly kept

Our law firm has made its home at 750 Main St in Hartford for decades.  Boxer Property - in particular its current building manager and maintenance staff - have been terrific business partners for us, providing a historic, professional atmosphere and attending to our every need.
