Super nice person to deal with! Very knowledgeable/educated person that is well mannered and gets all the facts before purchasing/renting property. Highly recommend Marc for any property transactions. You will not be disappointed.

If you see this mans name attached to anything, head for the hills. I mean it. Marc Gottesdiener is THE worst property manager I have ever had the great misfortune of being obligated to talk to. Firstly he is just legitimately terrible at his job. At best he is scatterbrained and unorganized. (ie Randomly in January told us we never paid rent 6 months ago? Doesn't write receipts either so there's no way to figure it out.) He is also just a bold faced liar. When we moved in we saw a roach body on the floor. When asked if there were bugs he said no and that the building had been cleared of them. Once we moved in it became obvious that they were alive and well, thriving even..Come to find out via email he accidental sent us that an exterminator (who came to clean the building only after we complained) said that next door we had "the worst infestations he had ever seen" On top of this he acts as the middle man for the property owner and the tenants. He however hides things and blames everything on whoever he isn't talking to at the time.

Working with him was by far one of the worst interactions I ever had with anyone. He literally helps nothing and only serves to get in the way. I would rather live in a cardboard box than live in a building "ran" by him. If I could give it less stars I would.
