Kim Ragland brings to the plate, her 25 years of diverse background in the hospitality field. She spent 11 years as an exclusive consultant to the Sheraton Hotel Chain; which included being part of the opening team of the world renowned St. Regis hotel in New York City. She has catered for past Presidents of the United States, Redskins, Senators, and clergymen. One of her favorite catering venues; the Bounty (Pirates of the Caribbean); later making arrangements with the captain (not Jack Sparrow) to sneak aboard before dawn and make breakfast for the “real” crew as a gift before they set sail for Baltimore harbor. The crew enjoyed breakfast so much, Chef Kim had to “walk the plank” to escape the boat before being kidnapped as the ship cook. Great fun – that’s what catering is all about!
