When I was looking for a new oil company I found Boyle Energy. The young man that came to my house to explain my options was so friendly, knowledgeable that I knew this was a company I wanted to contract with. Over the years I realized that they stopped just being a company but they felt like  family. Thank You Boyle Energy!

They are the Best !! I was going through a horrible time with Divorce , $$$ problems .. Family chaos.. .. Boyle fixed my heater when no could . Great people .. Honest ..

Worst customer service in 28 years!!! I am a  landlord, and 7 of my properties have oil heat. They ran my  properties out of oil when I was on automatic delivery, I had specifically discussed this with Pat so that I wouldn't have to worry about the heaters needing to be restarted or repaired due to sucking in sludge from the bottom of the tank, or tenants with no heat or hot water. When I did run out of oil, no one would answer the phone at their answering service, or all weekend long, I had some really angry tenants with no heat or hot water in the middle of one of the worst winters ever. I had all 7 houses on automatic delivery and had to call them all the time because I was close to running out of oil. I guaranteed Boyle payment on all of my rentals if the tenants did not pay in exchange for a better rate. A few of them did not pay according to the agreement and as I promised, I paid the bills, but not before they added ridiculous fees on top of the oil price and sent me the bill. EVERY other oil company I used over the last 28 years was willing to waive the fees as a courtesy because I was holding up my end of the bargain and guaranteeing payment, not Boyle! I will never use this company again.
