It was our first time and it was not busy at all. The place was nice and clean, but when I gave the teller ( and older Indian man) a $20 bill for my pump, only $15 in gas came out. My husband went in and told him that my wife gave you $20 and you only gave me $15. The man said, “she only gave me $15 ,” and clearly that’s wasn’t true. Basically, be careful with this man, he clearly is pocketing peoples money.

Was here to fill up air in the tires... The meter that tells you the tire pressure is not accurate as it can say that the tire pressure in the one you are filling up at the moment suddenly went from being like 27 to like 76, but tire pressures can never go up that fast like that. I heard that this inaccuracy applies to every gas station anyway. Fortunately, the price for air is reasonable or maybe good.

Good gas station but do not pay for their air to fill your tires the machine only filled up one of my tires that was down 5 PSI and I spent my last dollar on it. When I went in to ask for help the guy told me sorry there's nothing he could do and wouldn't even help me to fill the rest of my tires. Bad customer service.

Really good experience at this BP. Typically I wouldn't take the time to review unless it were an awful experience, but this was the opposite - really kind, fun-loving but helpful employees and Full service capabilities. We got here after a long road trip from Wisconsin and it was just really refreshing, and nice to grab a bite of something fresh. Thanks to the staff!!!

Well, in general this is quite good car wash.I am professional limo driver.And in order to provide excellent service to my passengers my limousine must be clean all the time. Sometimes I have early pick ups. I live in Wheeling and one day I had my first customer In Lincolnshire.At 6 o’clock in the morning I tried to call several times the car wash(located in Northbrook) to make sure it is open,but nobody picked up a phone and then I headed toward the car wash assuming it is open,because on their website there’s info they are open 24 hours. When I had arrived I figured out that car was still closed. Guys, it is totally ok that gas and wash have different hours of operations, but if someone had picked up the phone I would’ve never spent my time and gasoline at all. The best wishes in 1918!
