I had a membership for a couple months and didn't go often enough and ended up cancelling. If you get your car washed all the time it might be worth it. Overall for regular washes I feel like it is a little on the expensive side and I can get the same level of service for half at other places. But that said they do a very good job and getting a wash and gas is great, you can get multiple things done all in one place. Their coupon book might be a better deal for most people.

The price for the car wash is pricey.  The system is an automatic wash machine that cleans up the exterior.  Car was quite for an afterward and I sort of thought it can still do better.  Maybe if it was not that expensive, I would be A LOT more impressed.  One good thing is the machine at least gets the job done.  The person at the car wash lane who directs vehicles to which gate they must go leading to the entrance is a helpful guy.  Another good thing here is that the people who towel dry the cars at the end do it nicely.  Overall, this is better than what I have seen elsewhere in this area.

I am not a regular, but i try to stop by for full car wash inside and out at least few times through the year. I really like the concept of car wash that is clean for the environment and that employees local high-school kids and teach them the value of money and working together as a team. Unfortunately, I feel that the quality of service significantly deteriorated over time. The last few times I was there I could clearly tell that  some corners were cut and certain places were not cleaned/vacuumed, but it was alright. I always feel bad when they ask you to inspect the car, as I choose to trust them and never double-check the work, as a result, after the last car wash, I realized that the trunk of the car was not even touched. I don't think that kind of service deserves the money they charge and me and my family are done with that place.

Big gas station with  great car wash. $7 express drive thru wash but they have a good hand wash too. Open in the snow rain or shine. Keep up the good work. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Got my car washed right after blizzard even though it was freezing out.

I showed up unexpectedly, after a problem with Natures Hand car wash. Where they kicked me out for asking that they use fresh mitts. Last time they left swirls. I was upset when I got to Waterway. But they took such good care of me for a hand wash. The car was immaculate. The rims had a bit of dirt but they didn't even blink about correcting it. Nice guys. And most importantly they did what I paid them to do.
