This is my second time trying to type this out so please forgive me cause it never gets as detailed or well written than the first,  the first one got lost cause my phone froze..Basically what happened was I left my medical marijauna pen on the counter after paying for my drinks, earlier before we left to go out for the one night in over a month of being inside due to my terminal illnesses.  I  had called the gas station attendant  right after getting on the freeway and realized what had happened and because I was in a taxi I asked her to hold it and explained what it was and that it's my medicine. I  also  described my pen to  her and asked if she would hold it for me and what was happening medically with me, she understood and said it would be safe and she would inform her co-workers about what had happened and not to stress. On the way back in the taxi we stopped to get my MEDICATION  and a man named MAXX was working, I told him what had happened and I'm sure he had already known because he had a response ready telling me that  my pen was not there and that he was absolutely sure it never was. I then took the taxi home and my family friend looked for my pen,I knew was at the store and at this point  I  was in extreme pain and just wanted to sleep.. I called BP  and Maxx answered I told him I knew it was there and I'm coming in to get it, he then told me if I came into his store I would be confronted and cops would be called because he knew it was THC. I told him that  was just fine and to please call the police I am a medical marijuana patient of MN and that I was in pain and my illnesses are terminal I have a patient ID.  I called another taxi and had to pay money to go back for a third time! I went into the store I had to actually entertain the fact that this guy with dread locks was trying to keep my medication pen and was trying to tell me that I didn't look sick and im lieing I told him I'm going to call the cops and began to show him a photo  he finally gave me my pen back after I had showed him a very personal photo of my stomach cut from sternum to bladder from my recent month and half in the hospital, none the less I got my pen back after being treated like garbage and no human passion! Please if you do go to this store tell MAXX how nice a guy he is or otherwise just go across the street to the other gas station.. I'm currently dealing with even more pain and suffering mentally because I have to see this POS who still has his job and never a apology from him  or BP.  It was like being made to feel like a joke being Handicapped.   Great Customer service BP! 
 🙁 I hope BP sees this and makes things right!  If that is even possible because being in the cold I lose fingers from raynauds... if anyone would like to see a picture of this guy lmk, he needs to say sorry! That's what anyone would want and to even have to type this is BS I'm positive I could never properly explain how bad it got with this situation... The female attendant did nothing wrong,  MAXX is the sole person to have made my mental health screwed  I now don't leave the house unless it's absolutely necessary.. this is not a way somone should have to live thinking everyone is going to make me have to show my scar on my stomach along with the bag..

Always come here usual good service, until refused service for invalid reasons. New dude working, newer employees aren't very satisfying or friendly.
