If people are coming to an entity such as yourselves, they are doing so in hopes of your employees providing a satisfactory experience. I do not understand how hiring a number of teenagers who pay no attention towards making sure that the bare basic cleaning requirements of a car are met is purposeful. The dissappointing part of my experience was that I was the only customer which should have provided all these employees with all the time in the world to clean proficiently. Yet I ended up finding noticeable dirt stains which simply required a wet towel wipe off in the most obvious of areas!

Good local business that just lost my business tonight,  I don't think it's a good business practice to hire a bunch of teenagers the come out and turn bunch of business away. Waiting in a long line on a Friday night arrived a half an hour before they close almost made it up to the door when it was a couple minutes till their normal closing time when they just came out and made an excuse that something happened to break right at their closing time and that they're sorry and turned everybody else away but you can see inside they're still washing the cars of the people that had made it inside the building. If I was the owner of that business I would fire every single person that worked tonight.

I had never been there before, but the day I went there is, was for Veteran's Day and they had offered a free car wash. They did such a good job! I never expected my car to be as clean as they did that day. I will definitely be going back there again.

The carpet floor is always left wet. Not very well clean the inside even though I ordered a la carte and I specifically asked what I wanted. People is very nice though.
