I just completed the 6-week Fitness Challenge, and was able to shed 26lbs!!! Everything was absolutely awesome throughout the entire experience. The diet was specifically geared toward my caloric needs, and was filled with foods that I LOVE to eat. The workouts are intense, but the coaches motivate and push you to give your all while coaching perfect form to prevent any injury. The staff are always approachable and encouraging, and make themselves available at all times to answer questions and fix issues. Most importantly though are your peers. Through the use of a Facebook community, we are able to motivate each other while going through the challenge to ensure success and accountability. I would recommend BR Krav to anybody that is willing and ready to make positive and lasting changes in their life!!!

*THIS LOCATION HAS MOVED* The current address is 4469 Perkins Road Suite A2, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70808 This is a great place for fun workouts with friendly and enthusiastic staff and instructors. I have enjoyed incorporating kickboxing into my fitness routine and recommend kickboxing to anyone looking for something beyond a typical gym setting to mix into their fitness. My only complaint is the class schedule is a little limited. It is very nice that the kickboxing class times aren't regimented, and you can come jump in whenever you can get there.

I've been working out here for almost 6 weeks now and it's been great! The workouts are really intense though and in 30 minute intervals. You can jump in at any time, just set the timer and go! I've already met my fitness goals and I still got a week left!

This place is awesome! The staff and instructors are all super friendly and they can answer any questions you have about their workouts or meal prepping. You can get a great workout as well as learning some self defense moves. I highly recommend this place, not only for getting in shape, but also for learning how to protect yourself and your family. The world we are living in today is a little crazy and I think everyone could benefit from checking these guys and gals out.

I am doing the 6 week challenge and it has been awesome! I have never been so motivated during workouts. The staff is encouraging and helpful along the way! This is the most healthy way I have ever lost weight.
