I have had numerous bad experiences with plumbers and electricians. This has been the best experience I’ve had. Randy was excellent. He came out. Had me a quote right away. All the guys that were over were curtious, helpful, yes ma’am no ma’am. Just very respectful. I felt like I had people I could trust working on my home. The peace of mind that I have found good service means everything. Just told my pastor about the experience. He is calling them for our church. I would refer anyone to them. Great experience! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!! Thank you guys!! You were an answer to my prayers

Rip off company. Charges travel time from their previous job to your location at the hourly rate of $80 per hour. And the plumber sent to my location did not have the materials to perform a simple  leaking pipe repair. Said he had to go get materials at the supply shop  still charging $80 per hour. He also showed up at my house with a lousy attitude.  I would not reccomend this company unless you have bottomless pockets.

We have been clients of BR Mckinity for 7 years.  Purchase a yearly contract for maintenance. The last two years we have noticed the service dwindling. But we finally have had it. They are overcharging for the terrible service of not cleaning and maintaining your unit!!!!

My family has used BR McGinty Company since 1980 for all of our plumbing, heating & h-vac needs. Their customer service & expertise in all area's of plumbing , heating & air are nothing short of excellent. If there's ever a reason to return to the job, it is prompt & the issue is resolved.
