This letter is to let you know how we considerably like our new roof. Driving up to the property, the following day they finished our new steel roof and it was like driving up to a new residence. It genuinely seems great. It only took a day for the crew to place the roof on and I was completely shocked. I was instructed it would acquire at least an entire day and probably half of the second day. The crew cleaned up any trash that was left from the roofing supplies. I am keen to see our electrical bills this summer. My neighbor mentioned that it made a substantial difference in her energy bills. Thanks for putting our new roof on!

With warm weather conditions on us, before our new metallic roof, we would get midway upstairs and feel the wall of heat. It is unbelievable how considerably cooler the upstairs stays now. At least 20 degrees cooler than now with the new steel roof. Possessing a property indicates constant maintenance, which translates to additional expenditures. I know in excess of the years, this roof will hold for by itself in a lot more times than a single. Thanks once more for a sensational solution and incomparable buyer services.

We desired to let you know that we are really happy with the work you did on changing the shingles on our roof and siding. We recognized the excellent top quality and timeliness of the function. Also, when the crew was delayed by the rain, Jeff took the time to appear out and set a tarp on our roof, so that our property would not get any more damages. Also, during the removal of our siding exposed, we would want to substitute some of the insulation. We have been alerted to this quickly and offered a sensible cost to have the work accomplished. We would be delighted to refer you to our friends and acquaintances.

Our overall experience was a very good one  and give Brad a rating of AAA+ in workmanship, professionalism and pricing. Brad's estimate actually came in lower than what the insurance company approved, which allowed us to go with the architecture shingles, which are beautiful. We definitely will recommend Brad to anyone that needs a new roof.
