My husband called them and they came out quickly. However, we were told it was a "simple fix," and were charged for the service repair, which was fine. The thermostat was 80 when he left at 2 pm and we were told to give it a few hours. We called back at 430 and the lady was rude, told us we didn't wait long enough and to call back after hours if it didn't cool off. At this point the thermostat was reading 85. This was our upstairs unit, so it wasn't as though we had no air conditioning in the house. When we went to bed, it was 90 upstairs. My husband went into the attic and removed the filter, checked some wires and got the air to work again. In a matter of an hour, the temp was down to 75. The lady was so rude when we called that we won't be using Meadows again. I wonder if they were trying to get more money out of us for an after hours call??

Meadows Heating and Air has been my "go to" for HVAC for over 13 years! Knowledgeable, available within a reasonable time frame, and HONEST!!!  I highly recommend them.

WARNING!   MEADOWS HEATING AND AIR COMPANY IN CARTERSVILLE,  GA HAS SCAM ARTISTS FOR EMPLOYEES!!   AT LEAST THE GUY THEY SENT OUT LIED HIS BUTT OFF TELLING ME HE DID OHM TEST ON COMPRESSOR AND THAT IT SHOWED NO CURRENT SO AS TO SUBSTANTIATE HIS CLAIM MY COMPRESSOR MOTOR WIRING COILS WERE BROKE AND THUS NEEDED MY WHOLE COMPRESSOR REPLACED!  HE THEN SAID REALLY SHOULD DO WHOLE SYSTEM SINCE IT IS "ONLY" A THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE AND SYSTEM IS ABOUT AT THE AGE FOR REPLACEMENT. 

A REAL GOOD HONEST CHRISTIAN GUY WHO DOES AC WORK CAME OVER LATE THIS EVENING AND REPAIRED A SINGLE WIRE CONNECTOR...  BOOM!  IT WORKS!!!   IT IS A LITTLE LOW ON FREON AND HE SAID I NEED TO CLEAN COILS OUT BEFORE HE COMES BACK SO THAT HE PUTS THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF FREON IN!   LOVE THIS GUY!!!   HONEST,  HARD WORKING,  CARING AND FAIR PERSON.  THANK YOU LORD GOD ALMIGHTY!

IF MEADOWS AC ENCOURAGES SUCH DECEPTION  MAY THEY HAVE GREAT TRAGEDY FROM WHICH THEY CANNOT RECOVER AND LET IT HAPPEN FAST!

FOR THE EMPLOYEE WHO LIED HIS BUTT OFF,  I DECLARE FINANCIAL RUIN!

Just before we sold our house, we had an air conditioning problem and couldn't figure out what to do to get someone out there that weekend. One call to Meadows and they were on it. Turned out we had a problem, that an annual check up would have prevented, that they fixed and had us on our way that afternoon. I loved that the guy asked for a vacuum cleaner before he left to clean up anything he left in his tracks. I told him not to worry. When I went to check, he hadn't left anything but a shoe impression in the carpet. I got a call the next day to check on the service and was thrilled to give a glowing report. I'd call them again if the need arose...and I'd have a service contract to be sure they kept me up to snuff.

I do not give reviews often but with this company I just had to. My A/C went out a few days ago and after a few sleepless nights we decided it was time to call in the experts. I was worried to say the least because I did not know what was wrong. My wife called and spoke with the owner Joey and he was so helpful and made my wife feel at ease. He was not pushy or rude and took the time to listen to my wife. He had a technician scheduled to come out the next day. Today the technician Matt came out and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to find the problem and fix it. My wife just let me know the house is cold again. The price was very very reasonable and the customer service was exceptional. I will make Meadow's Heating and Air my only call if  we ever  has HVAC problems. I highly recommend you give Joey and the team at Meadow's Heating and Air a call if you ever need service you will not regret it.
