Ratchet! These apartments are not what you might think they are, the landscape and appearance seems pretty nice yet the insides are horrendous! This place does not even have a real maintenance man, there's one guy that is expected to get to every house call which causes for an extreme waiting list. They never fix anything, they take stuff from the other apartments that people may have complained about and they put it in yours. Door knobs & blinds are completely different styles and colors. This place is just a hot mess! I haven't even included the roach rate, they practically live there.They don't spray correctly, leading you to pay for your own exterminator to come in and spray. When it rains, the water completely floods the patio which could possibly leak into the home. 95% of the residents are ratchet, yelling, arguing, fighting, and they play their car stereos to the max every night while riding around the complex! The children are even worse, I've witnessed children getting jumped, and even the elementary school kids stand out side in the morning cursing one another out! Eventually, something in your apt. will leak. We reported our bathroom sink to be leaking and they never came to completely repair it, so it constantly leaked & eventually the floor of the cabinet began to fall in. Dirty water from the neighbors upstairs began to leak in our kitchen causing disgusting brown stains on the wall! This complex couldn't even cut & lay the carpet correctly, there's large lumps in the carpet, overflowing carpet up against the walls. They won't even bring you matching blinds! When we first moved in we went through 2 refrigerators because everyone they brought was already messed up from another apartment! This was a really bad year living in this dump, trust me this is not my lifestyle nor the way I live! I WANT TO WARN EVERYONE BEFORE YOU END UP SIGNING A LEASE WITH THESE PEOPLE! THINK THIS IS A JOKE? I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT! ASK FOR THEM AND I WILL MOST DEFINITELY SEMD THEM.

never return call, the pool closes early in the week and on weekends is closed and they always look for problems to the tenants
