PRISON!!!!! IF YOU HAVE KIDS OR YOU'RE NOT A SENIOR CITIZEN THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR YOU. The manager has a horrible attitude and very unprofessional. Kids can't play nor ride their bikes even if their new their assigned unit. You can't walk from one apartment to another, stop and talk to someone or it's considered loitering. The kids has to get off the bus and go straight in the house; they calm there's a playground for them to play at which is very small that's located all the way in the back. Basically the manager wants you to get out your car go in your apartment and stay there. RUN RUN RUN. THIS IS NOT A PLEASANT PLACE TO LIVE.

These apartment accept section 8. I honesty have NO idea of why these apartments have 4 stars. I think the management has a lot to do with that. When I first moved here, the review were horrible, but I figured it couldn't be that bad. I was wrong. This is the hood of Southaven, and they're by far the worst apartments I've lived in. There's trash everywhere. My apartment has so many issues (including water damage). Parking is RIDICULOUS. I have to park across the street when I get off at night because they let abandon cars sit around. They have threatened to tow my car because of this. I have been here for 4 months, and I will be breaking my lease.

I had no problems when I lived at Terrace Park everything were great thanks

Besides management and maintenance its not bad at all. I've been here almost three years and I haven't had any problems. The only thing is I've been waiting for my compressor to be fixed for almost a month now. I have no air and when mentioning to the staff they seem unbothered. For the rent I pay I should have air!

I have lived here for almost a year and besides the office management I enjoy being here its quite and a feeling of safety sure its children out in the warmer months but they are not a bother.. If you need something fixed it might take a day or two longer than you would like .for the over all price I don't think u can find this anywhere else ... They also don't accept any section 8 so you don't have to worry about any unwanted rift raft
