I always love the food here. But it just screams small town eatery.  The service. The quality.  The atmosphere. All good,  but you can see the small town vibe. 
Pretty nice menu selection. Burgers are great.

I took an important client to dinner tonight. She ordered a hamburger and asked for crispy bacon and well done sweet potato fries. I also ordered well done sweet potato fries with my poboy. The bacon was black and so were the fries. I couldn't believe the kitchen sent that out and the waitress delivered it to the table looking like that. I've had good food there before and the kitchen sent out replacements, but only after we complained. So disappointed!

Service was great and the food was excellent. I would eat here regularly when I went to college in this town and this place is still the same. Its always a pleasure  to eat here.😉

Worked here in the early 80's while at SLU.
Glad it hasn't changed.
Same owners.
Great food and atmosphere.
