Cici's is the cheapest all you can eat restaurant in Hammond. It has the largest salad bar. I've never had bad food there.

The place used to be nicer and have better options. I'm not sure what has caused it to go down hill, and I'm not saying it's terrible, but it's far from what it used to be which is why I gave it 3 stars. It's still a cheap place to eat and has options, but it's not as clean, and some of the seats and tables have been neglected and are in need of replacement or reconditioning.

Love this place. The manager is friendly and the bus boy is always the first to greet you when you come through the door. Watch out if you have toddlers though, they are supposed to eat free here but the manager usually charges you for a drink for them anyway even if you brought an outside drink.

They're under different ownership/management and it's just NOT the same Cici's (Hammond, La) that I've eaten at for years. This place has went down! Very rude teenage girls working there. One of them had a very nasty attitude when I asked her a simple question. Not very clean. Didn't even greet me when I walked in. They, LITERALLY, just stared with VERY UNPLEASANT expressions on their faces. Smh Horrible customer service! Very sad. It was one of my favorite places to eat growing up.

I never post 1 star reviews.. Let me tell you why I'm giving this place 1 star. The inside of the place is deplorable. We paid $18 for my boyfriend and I to eat dinner there.. There was a table which has soda spilled all over the top of it, which spilled down onto the floor. Not once did one of the employees clean this table or the floor off. This isn't just a safety hazard but its disgusting as well. The manager just sat on his behind at the register not even bothering to do any manual work. This leads me to the worst part. One table also had dead gnats on it, in a puddle of soda. Again, not ONE person decided to clean this up. When I go to eat, these are things I expect (as should anyone else)- friendly staff, a clean & safe environment, and decent food. I decided to never go here again.
