I would give this pace NO STARS if I could. Not only did the lady break off a lot of my hair with aggressive combing she also did not listen to me when I told her multiple times that I wanted the style to be full. The style was thin and looked like she rushed to finish. I told her I didn't like it and wanted it to be made fuller- but she refused and demanded that I pay her. When I got home I took the twists out because I was very unsatisfied and felt ugly with them in. When I was taking them out my real hair was coming out with the twists. I ended up with thinner hair overall and sections of hair where it was cut short. I called the shop back and the lady named Saundra (who is the owner of the shop and person responsible for butchering my hair) was unapologetic, sarcastic, and would not give me a refund and said she was going to hang up the phone. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I never want to get my hair braided again. I paid for her to not give me what I want, refuse to fix it, and cut my real off. I pray for justice in this situation and I warn you to STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!

They told me one price before my hair was braided the charged me a higher price afterwards. Make sure u pay before they start braiding your hair

I got my daughters hair braided here the end of last month and I've had to have them redone already.  They began falling out 2 days after they were done and quickly loosened everywhere else.  I paid $185 for a 2 day hair style. My daughter has repeatedly had box braids in her hair and they always last a minimum of 2 months easily, the lady who normally braids her hair elsewhere wasn't available so I went here because we were in the mall school shopping and walked past this shop.  I was hesitant because they were $45 more than anywhere else but my daughter was in a rush because school started back in 2 days so I gave in and got them done here, big mistake.  The braids were larger than I asked for and showed them a picture of 3 times, it took them an hour longer than quoted, and because they had 2 different people braiding the braids were larger on one side than the other.  The salon is mediocre in looks to be in that mall, the bathroom was nasty, and the waiting couch was old, outdated, and extremely outdated.

I really enjoyed this location. They did a good job and gave me what I asked for. I will be going back for more braids.

I literally just left the chair.. I got my braids taken down..  do not go if you're tender headed and don't mind getting your real hair cut..the lady I had was super freaking rough.. at first she was okay then when we got close to finishing she got careless and starting yanking my hair.. she combed out my hair and breaking my hair off because of her yanking.. then I walk up to the counter to pay.. I got charged an extra 5 dollars for whatever reason.. The only reason this place got 2 stars is because she took down my braids
