i did lashes extensions there. They claimed that they gonna last 2 weeks however they fell out in an hour. When i came back they didn’t want to give my money back. Saying i have to talk to lash lady (who isn’t there) even tho i paid them not her and she has nothing to do with money return. They said their manager is in India. Very rude, no customer service skill. They are liars who gonna steal your money. If I could give them 0 starts I would! Save your money, time, and health. Don’t go.

K&I (Lake Forest) ruined my daughters' hair. The butcher, Mary (Moriah or something) told me when I came back with her that she was doing a bob on my child. That it is supposed to look like that; like I've never seen a bob. She has her senior Prom and Graduation in a couple of months. My child went in to get dead ends trimmed; a simple cut. I was told the manager was out of the country and nothing can be done. I have yet to hear back from K&I
