I have been going here for the last 2 years. Today, June 24th 2017 at 8 am, I had the worse Customer service experience I had in a while. I know Saturdays are busy but there is a way to convey that in a professional manner to customers. I asked the gentlemen at the front counter how long the wait would be for an oil change. He through his hands up in the air, as though I asked a stupid question, and he said, "couple of hours dude. It's a Saturday." I drive a city bus for a living and if a passenger asked where is downtown Riverside and I through my hands in the air and said "Google it" I would probably get punched in the face. They have great customer service here however, this gentlemen obviously was having a bad day BUT, it's no excuse for bad customer service.

Great customer service! There is a reason they have 5 stars across the board. Always my first choice is able to go here. All my family goes here also. Grandma calls with issues with car, we send her here every time.
