My daughter took her car to Jimmy D's based on reviews that she read and was very pleased, so when my car needed service I took it to Jimmy D's.  We both really appreciated the service we received from the two wonderful ladies at the counter.  It was a relief to not be talked down to because we are female.  Jennifer and her co-worker are knowledgeable and more than capable of explaining the repairs needed in a way that is easy to understand.    A nice clean and comfortable waiting area was a nice bonus.

I called ahead before I showed up to get a quote, they said they needed to loom at it first, which I liked and it actually saved me quite a bit of money. So far they are honest, and very nice people.
