I think the old guy at the front is losing his mind and it’s causing a problem in communication with the mechanics.  I took my car to be fixed for squeaking on the brake pads which he said they did not hear.  Took it to a more reputable mechanic and lo and behold they found the problem.  I would just avoid any mechanic on Brambleton..

The old man running the office is as sorry as it gets. For a simple inspection he tries to steer you away by saying it’ll take an hour for the paperwork. When you question it, magically the time reduces. They bs their way out of work.

Do not take your vehicle here if you care about your car, honesty and good customer service.  I was always told I HAD to leave my cars for inspections.  There was no option to wait. They were not open past 5pm then.      They overcharged me, I caught it and was given a partial credit. I had to pay twice for the same part that I feel they broke or it came that way. I was also charged for a service I never received.  The older man said it was a labor charge but they did not do anything to my car but misdiagnosed the problem and gave an outrageous estimate.  I took my car to another mechanic who fixed the real problem and it was no where near the repair estimate these people gave me.  BE WARE!

My wife Janet and are long standing customers of Brambleton Auto. The people, the service, and experience of mechanics are some of the reasons we always return.

State inspections are done as a first come first served. And it states that in the office. If you don't want to wait with the car than it is pushed for the ones that do wait. They are always honest on their prices and have never pushed work that isn't needed. When they say the work will be done by a specific time, unless a part or another problems comes up, they have always delivered on time. They explain what's going on in terms that are understandable to all.
