Always great customer service. They have always been very good about trying to get whatever I need done the same day.

Took my vehicle here to have a shifter cable replaced, oil changed and their "courtesy" fluids check. Drove my vehicle home and noticed that it was shifting funny and my rear air was stuck on. Got home and checked transmission fluid and there was not even a drop on the dipstick. After bringing my vehicle back to firestone I was told that checking the transmission fluid was not included in their "courtesy" check and they could recommend a transmission shop. They also informed me they were not responsible for the rear air being stuck on (even though it was not doing that before we took it there) and the fact that they had to remove the center console where the rear air control panel was to fix the shifter cable. The console was loose but was told I had to take it to a dealer to get it fixed. Had my transmission shop take a look and come to find out the transmission needs to be rebuilt. So after spending $600 at firestone I now have to pay $2500 to have my transmission rebuilt. Thanks a lot...would not recommend this business.

Excellent service center. The location I prefer to go to because of the treatment I receive and the wait us never as long as I anticipate.

Got us in and out. With the exception of the guy over the back part of the shop who took an obviously personal non emergency call while making his coworker - and me - wait to see if they could work in an oil change, it was a pretty pleasant experience.
