I retained him in July.  He took my $5000 and said if we had any trouble, they would come and fix it.  We have shingles blowing off.  A month ago they said they would be here in 2 weeks. No show.  Tried to get someone else but they won't return our money!  I heard they are good, but they sure need to improve their communication skills!!!

From start to finish Bran Roofing team was very professional and communicated thru the whole process.  The details down to raking and taking a magnetic roller around the house really impressed my wife because of our two little granddaughters playing outside. Would recommend them and I did to my brother in law.

Left a message on their voicemail.
Never got a call back.

EDIT: Received a call back the next week and the guy seemed nice.
