RoofAdvisor analyzes your roofing system and offers services to protect your property at every stage in the roof life cycle. Dirty Roof? We can clean it! Leaking Roof? We can repair it! Selling your home? We can Certify your roof not to leak providing assurance to potential buyers, without prematurely replacing to add value. We also offer seasonal maintenance packages such as gutter cleaning and snow removal to protect your property. Our non-commissioned Advisors approach every property with the goal to get the most out of the system prior to failure. Paul came out and quoted us and was very nice and professional. The quote was reasonable but doubt it was the cheapest option but I’d rather pay a little more and get it done properly. Paul wasn’t pushy and had a great knowledge of our situation. This was my first time using RoofAdvisor and I’d use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

Christopher far exceeded my expectations in performing a roof inspection and maintenance.  He was extremely knowledgeable and able to communicate very effectively so I could learn and understand some of the nuances relating to my roof, gutters, etc.  He worked diligently and carefully, ensuring that all issues were addressed to my satisfaction.  He did not attempt to sell me any additional services, but did point out what I might expect from my roof in the future.  If I ever have need for additional roof services, RoofAdvisor is clearly who I would call.  The cost for his services was very reasonable.

They're tech savvy (they take drone pictures of your roof and share detailed reports in their assessments, have online payments and docusign etc.), comprehensive in answering your questions no matter how many times you write back and forth, prompt in rescheduling if weather doesn't permit and don't try to sell you a new roof when you hire them for a smaller job (the other company I consulted for this job started with: "I've also pulled up a quote for a new roof for you and I'll tell you why"). I trust them and will definitely give them a chance at my business when I have another roofing need.

These guys were terrific. No hassles whatsoever. Very professional in every sense of the word. Even though it was a small repair I was treated very well. The job itself was fantastic. They did everything they said they would.  Very highly Recommended.

I found the service to be very professional from the office personnel that called to set up appointment to the estimator to the repairman. I was called to say the estimator was on his way. The estimator explained through the use of his I-pad and showing the repairs needed. An estimate was submitted to my e-mail with a follow-up. The repairman was running behind, but again I was called. The repairman was respectful of my time and informed me when he was done. It was a positive experience.
