When calling, I had a very complex issue in which I was looking for an order placed almost more than two years ago. It was a far stretch and I wasn't even sure this was the company. When eloquently greeted by Kristina Lazaro, a Sales Representative, I explained my situation to see if any help could be offered. She listened to my explanation and informed me that she would try her best to assist me. The information I had available was very minimal. To no avail, Kristina found one of the older orders and verified the information to ensure it was the appropriate company. Not only did she find the account information, she went beyond and above expectations by calling the Art Department to see if they still had the imprint of my artwork. During this process, Kristina informed she would contact me once she did some investigative work. Less than 10 minutes later, Kristina calls me at the office to inform me that everything is ready for me to approve and order my items. She sent me an email with everything we had discussed and I know have HAPPY employees in the Office. They have been looking for these items for over 6 months. Kristina you are fabulous. Thank you for providing superb customer service.

I was assisted by Ernest Gomez.  He was extremely helpful in addressing my concerns.  I had a bad experience with another company previously, and Ernest was quick to assure me that his company would stand behind their promises.  Fast forward 8 days---I received my order almost 2 weeks earlier than anticipated.  3/7/2017  The promotional items look great and we've had several positive comments from customers.  Ernest is definitely the guy to talk to when you need to count on someone.

Shaylin Matias was very helpful with our order BR98086. She helped us with an alternative product since the original design wouldn't work for us and also kept us informed after our order was placed—a big help since we wanted the order by a certain date. Very, very pleased with her customer service.

Anthony Carlo Lee was also helpful while initially ordering on the website. We were having some trouble on the website so we prompted the online chat; he stepped in and took over the process, making it very easy on our end. 

Very happy with his service and the overall experience.

I placed an order today 3/7/2017. As I have ordered branding material from Branders a few times in the past and the customer service I have received from Alfredo Buenavente is by far the best customer service ever. He is not only attentive but understanding and very quick. He makes my ordering on the fly such a smooth transition and always goes the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied with our product. Customer service is a great value to any organization and I truly appreciate the level of service he provides and it makes Branders a company I enjoy working with as a vendor.

I had a great experience with Branders and sales associate Pam Moreno!  She helped find the most affordable items we needed for our students and was able to provide fast service as well.  I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you Pam =)
