I do not know who answered the phone... But is unbelievable, I though customer service is not just in person but in the phone too ( I did not gave no attitude, I was calm) but if I wanted to be a B**** I would of.. Please train the employees/supervisors/management for that type of answering the phone to clients. This will totally affect the store. Even if your being annoyed you have to always be kind. not say ITS ALL ON THE WEBSITE AND NO WE CAN NOT SEND IT TO THE STORE.... is more like I am sorry ma'am but the items are on the website only and is a thing from the website to just be deliver just to your house. see different talk, different personality ! SMH it has to be unprofessional people from Hialeah, and is embarrassing

The selection of items for any event might be in your future plans is quite good. You can find from the smallest party gift to piñatas and customs and even candy.

Went yesterday to redeem a credit and Amika , manager on duty couldnt help me at all. She did not seem eager to help me at all. I will be calling Corporate.
