I’ve only had a single interaction with Brandfon Honda so far and it was great. I got my first brand new car and the staff made it all very easy. They worked with me through insurance issues and supported me through the whole process. It was my first time buying from a dealer and I was pleasantly surprised, it was very much so hassle free. Eddie and the team were great. Hoping I never have to return for any issues but if I do I’m hopeful I will get great service.
I bought my Honda Civic in March 2021. I’ve had service done on my vehicle multiple times. They were great every single time. Every experience I’ve ever had with Brandfon has been wonderful. Randy and Michelle in the service department always take care of me. I will continue to bring my vehicles there and buy any further vehicles from them.
Brandfon Honda left my family and I high and dry. I have been in conversation with the sales team at Brandfon on selling our car to them before our move abroad. After walking us through the title signing process they decide that the signature doesn't match and renege on the deal. This last minute decision had us scrambling to sell our vehicle a mere 4 days before we leave the country for a year. The management team and sales rep took zero responsibility and were happy to send us packing with nothing but a "good luck." Do what we ended up doing and take your business somewhere else.
Very disappointed in the level of customer service. I purchased my 2019 HRV, July 2019 brand new, 16 miles. I also purchased an extended warranty through the dealership and financed through dealership. I have completed all my major services here. So needless to say this dealership has made quite a few dollars from me. Yesterday while driving my car abruptly started stalling while driving, the lights start flashing all through out dashboard. I call make an appointment for 8:30 am today. While I’m checking in I ask if this is an issue covered under either warranty Will a loaner be provided. Fast forward at about 12:15 in the afternoon I receive a call that it is my transmission, it’s a known Honda issue, I’ll say so as the same occurred with my Honda Accord. At any rate he said all costs are covered under Honda including the loaner. He says I can come later this afternoon to pick up. never giving a time or distinguishing the service hours from the sales side. The dealership closes at 5.. so I call approximately 3:50 to give a heads up that I’ll be there by 4:30. I was informed that the service center closes at 4, I would then have to wait until Monday. When I complained the woman transferred me to John who I spoke with earlier. Who reiterated that they were wrapping up. I asked if I can fax documents and they leave loaner with sales. He says no they are closing in 5 min and won’t have time to get car ready. I’m confused because it was clear since 8:30 this morning that I requested a loaner. Why would the car not be ready. He says he could leave my car keys with sales. The keys to the car with the bad transmission. I say if this is the level of service, I’ll just go to executive my warranty goes any where. He start telling me to calm down and stop threatening his job. Which I never did unless me going somewhere else is a threat in his job. At no point did they try to brainstorm being it’s not happening. They never asked how close are you, let’s see if we can get car ready, nothing just I’ll leave your keys. Needless to say in picked up my car and made an appointment with Executive Honda as I do not stay where I do not feel appreciated.
Wish I could clone Mar at the service department so we can spread her around all the dealerships . Customer service couldn’t had been better, thank you. And the service guy knows what he’s doing just pulled out and already feel a difference in my torque converter. Also had a great convo with one of the sales guy don’t remember his name but seemed like a great person. Love this place
I am very pleased with Branfon Honda! I have been a customer for 3 years now and they never disappointed me. Chris is very very very helpful and I would refer anyone to him if you are looking for a new car! Chris always reaches out just to check in and make sure things are going great!
Incredible experience with the crew at Brandfon Honda especially with Joel Demarco and Gary in finance. They were so helpful and really worked with us where we were 2 hours away. Highly recommend and would encourage anyone who is looking to go with this place!
This is now my 4th vehicle either purchased or leased from Brandfon Honda and won't be the last. Customer Service from sales to service to finance have been 10 out of 10 every single time I've visited. I have no need to shop elsewhere. The consistency, value, and comfort level in purchasing from Brandfon is second to none. Thanks again for the latest new whip pictured here!! #2021Passport. Brandfon Honda has been my go to dealer for routine services and needed repairs for the past 17yrs, due to their quality in workmanship, and customer care. This past June my wife's Accord was diagnosed with a defective VSA/ABS modulator, which caused the cluster to light up as if it was the holiday seasons. I was quoted an initial repair cost just slightly above $2K. I expressed my disappointment in regards to the manner in which I was informed about the repair, its cost and the lack of customer loyalty appreciation. To my surprise soon there after I was contacted by the Service Manager Mimo to discuss my experience. The shocker was not only did he call to talk about what I disliked, but he had already took action into helping with fixing and reliving the repair cost for the VSA/ABS modulator. I had expressed doubt about returning to Brandfon Honda, or even buying another Honda, but that all went to the wayside due to the superb manner in which they listened and responded to my complaints, absolutely awesome customer service. Corporate Honda sucks, had to an issue with my 2022 Honda HRV leaking water in front passenger floor, approximately 4 after purchasing. Made more than 5 visits to the dealership for the same problem. Each time I picked up the car there were new scratches. Honda corporate is a total waste of time. Be warned, do not buy their vehicles!!!!!!!! The two are for the few nice people in the service dept
