Bruce really helped ease my mind after a catastrophic car breakdown forced the vehicle to be dropped off at 6p on a Sunday. They were open until 7p and we got the car issue diagnosed with a cost estimate performed the next morning. Car was drivable by 5pm Monday! 100% confident in the repair and prices were comparable to area shops. Bruce even applied coupons to our repair without asking, saving us over $60 on an $1100.00 repair (4 tires for AWD Subaru, front brakes, and new tire studs & lug nuts for the tire that fell off). Turn-around time from estimate to completion was 1 business day. Couldn't be more pleased.

I just had my emissions done as well as an oil change and it oil cost me $50 total. I usually go to valvoline for my oil change but they charge $75 just for oil, and no filter. Here they did full synthetic 0w20 oil change with filter, topped off all fluids, checked my tires, and did my emissions for $50 total. I'm completely blow away with their services and courtesy. No waiting around for hours wondering if they are doing anything. They literally have a window so you can watch them as well as having free coffee bar and a tv to pass the time. Brandon is a great guy he looks out for everyone that walks in and treats them with respect. Always refers to everyone as sir, mam, or miss. Its almost crazy how respectful he is. You just don't see that anymore. It is incredibly clean and it doesnt smell like a repair shop. It has a comfortable home feel to it.

The service here in the firestone Branford, Ct location is completely exceptional. They're friendly and welcome upon walking into the door. They always give you recommendations for your car and go above and beyond to help you with all your car needs. Love this firestone the only one I will continuously visit for anything from an oil change, engine work, tires or even emission testing. 😍🤗👍🏼🤝

Brought my tire in to to have a some road debris removed on a Sunday morning at 8am without an appointment. I was back on the road at 9. The Branford shop is clean and well lit and uncluttered, with a pleasant and professional crew, from the front desk to the garage.
