I've ordered from Mike about a dozen times over the last few years and he's never ceased to impress!  His creations are outstanding and what's most important is that my recipient LOVES them!  :-)

Was about to place an order then I noticed 2 star overall rating with 28 reviews. Thank you to all that took the time to post reviews. They really do work! I will go elsewhere!

YOU ARE BEST TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I should have read the google reviews before I ordered. SHAME ON ME. So I ordered flowers for Valentine day for my wife and they never arrived and when I called they could not tell me when or if they were even ordered. They said they had over 300 orders and it may or may not arrive on Valentine day since they were so busy! However I ordered the flowers days in advance and the day of delivery they tell me they are busy and don't have any idea where my flowers are. The owner was also VERY rude to me when I told him I was disputing my charge for nondelivery.

I ordered my mom a beautiful bouquet for Mother's Day and the bouquet did not look nothing like what I had ordered! Very disappointed!

I ordered flowers on Valentine's Day and they were not delivered. I figured it was an honest mistake. I sent emails with no response and when I called and spoke with Mike, he was rude and unsympathetic. He told me on multiple occasions that the refund process has been initiated, but each time I called my bank nothing had been done. This has been a fight since the beginning. I highly recommend considering another florist, multiple reviewers have had the same experience, so there is a pattern of mismanagement and customer dissatisfaction. Avoid the stress and the ordeal that I am still currently going through. One star does not accurately reflect my extreme dissatisfaction.
