I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day to be delivered for my lady at work. Well they never arrived. Tried to call to sort it out and the phones were turned off. I called the toll free number which stated that they were too busy so they turned the phones off and that they had till 8pm to deliver. Which was never stated upon order. But my lady waited until 8pm to see if they would arrive. Annnnd they didn’t, yet they still charged me. Probably the worst place I’ve ever had to deal with for flowers.

Used Whidden for the first time for Valentine's Day.  Ordered a delivery to my girlfriend's office which was less than a mile from the florist.  They never showed up.  She had to run over to the florist to pick up her flowers.  They promised to refund the delivery fee, which they never did.  Tried calling several times throughout the day, but phones were not working.  The flowers she picked up were actually really nice, but I would not recommend for delivery.

I always use Whidden. I have placed orders for pick up and delivery. I have given as little as a 30 minute notice to a week. Always the arrangement is spot on. I have never had an issue.  I usually tell them an amount and color or flower scheme I want, and I have never been disappointed.  It always looks as if I paid more for what I got. Anyone who is looking for a local, fresh flower shop should definitely give this place a try.

Beautiful arrangement. Flowers were delivered pretty late in the day, but I'm guessing that's because it was Valentine's Day.  Would have liked some communication due to the lateness but again, understandable. The flowered were gorgeous.

The arrangement that I ordered was almost perfect. I emailed the shop and Sue immediately responded and took care of our concern. We are more than satisfied and will look no further that Whidden's Florist the next time we need a floral arrangement. Great service.
