We needed a set of Washer & Dryer, after hunting them everywhere else, we found in here, both machines LG brand, with prices way lower than anywhere else. And here it is the best part: FREE DELIVERY! - They delivered as we expected, and those two young Men carried that very heavier washer all the way up to our laundry room, and brought with them our old ones. Great guys! - Hey, but we gave them a good tip!!! Next purchase will be our sound system, for our media room!!

Helpful staff and pleasant buying experience, but we had problems with the delivery of our washer and dryer. We were told we would receive a call 30 minutes prior to delivery, but we did not. A representative from BrandsMart called and said the delivery man was waiting at our door, and that he claimed he spoke with us (which was untrue). We had to rush home, unprepared.

Perhaps the most frustrating retail shopping experience of my entire life. I'd rather pay a little more to a big name retailer for even average service than shop here again. A few details: 1) My refrigerator arrived with a dent in the side. I agreed to a small credit with the delivery manager (during the install) rather than return the fridge. When the credit was not applied to my account, I called customer service to inquire. I was told that I was not eligible for the credit because I was not present for the installation (which was 100% false). I did not receive the credit until I complained enough about the situation. 2) I also ordered a dryer for which delivery was rescheduled at least twice by BrandsMart. After we finally aligned on a delivery date, the delivery person called approx. 1 hour after the quoted delivery window and said he was on his way. My wife waited at the house for 2 hours, but the delivery never arrived. About an hour after my wife left, I received a call from the driver and he said he had a problem with his vehicle and was on the way. I skipped out of several meetings at work to scramble home so I could accept the delivery. After waiting at the house for another 90 minutes, I called BrandsMart to reschedule the delivery. The next day, I received a call from the BrandsMart delivery manager who asked me why we skipped our delivery appointment. Needless to say, I was quite unhappy with that question and gave him a piece of mind.

Huge place. It is like the odd lots of electronics and gadgets. Not really fond of their layout. Some prices really are not that great and some products appear to be b-stock or older models. I don't enjoy shopping here. Their security setup combined with the old warehouse look make me feel like I am shopping in an alley owned by the mob.

To be honest...wont do business with them again. Bought a refrigerator, washer and dryer. This was a month ago. One day before the delivery, they informed me that he refrigerator is out of stock and wont be around for the foreseeable future. Today, when the washer and dryer was supposed to show up, only the dryer did. Washer is out of stock and wont be back for the foreseeable future. How can you sell something that you cant deliver? This place might be cheaper, but not worth the trouble. UPDATE: We have had 4 attempted deliveries. In each delivery, one of the items was damaged. Keep trying I guess. Maybe one day we will get what we paid for? Have taken 4 days off work to coordinate receiving the purchase by the way. Oh, and they wont let you suggest a time, they come when they come. In my many years, this is the worst experience I have ever had with anything ever. DON'T PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!
