It's a very nice store. Very courteous staff. But the wait time is very long. I think they're understaffed.

I ordered 3 shirts 8 weeks ago tomorrow.  I called two weeks ago and they said they would be ready yesterday and to call them.  They are closed on Mondays and I still don't have my shirts.

Horrible service. Wait in  que for hours just to get uniforms is ridiculous. Someone there needs to come up with a better solution. Plus, no one ever answers the phones at any of the locations here in atlanta. In addition they were suppose to reverse a charge and never did. Not happy.

This store is HORRIBLE!! I placed a uniform order for my daughter in August. They didn't have any of the items in store and they promised to send the items via mail. I received some uniforms a month later and I am yet to receive the remaining items.. It's over 3 months since I went into the store, I have called and spoken to the manager over 4 times, and every time she apologizes and says there was a mix up with the order and she would send the uniform that very day after our conversation. It's almost xmas and my daughter still does not have all her uniform. Its beyond pathetic, they should honestly close down this store.
