The customer service was great! Thanks Nick for all your help. We went for appliances. The company needs to step up its appliance packages for gas ranges. Zero selection in Ga. Individual selection was good. However, the store sounded like a club. Many times I couldn't hear our salesman talking. Stereo sales need to be isolated.

Mike from Philly is one of the BEST salesman there is!! Last year my husband and I moved to Georgia and needed items for our home. Mike made the experience easy and cost effective. That is why we went back again yesterday for more items. Customer service at its BEST.

We gave the salesman the model number of the frig, it was discontinued. But, he spent 25 minutes looking for a model that we didnt ask about. He kept saying he was looking for what we asked for. But we kept saying that's not the model number we gave you. Then we went on to choose 4 appliances. He said they were in stock, we made our purchase, went to the dock to find the stove and the frig was not in stock. Then he tried to give us the floor model of the stove . The frig that was pulled was the same one we said we didn't want from earlier because it didn't have the features. He literally tried to talk us into getting appliances we didn't want. We got a total refund and 3 hours wasted.

BrandsMart always has a pretty good selection of products to choose from. The older personnel seemed to be more interested and knowledgeable than their younger counterparts.

Worst experience ever!! I am disappointed. I bought a phone for over 1200$ cash. They advised me to get the two year warranty for 300$ so I did. 8 months later the phone is broken and I took it back only because I bought the warranty. When I took it in they are going to let me know it's not in their system so they can't do anything about it. I wouldn't advise nobody to buy nothing and let them trick you into thinking you have warranty or can get your money back like they did me!
