Everything you need in one convenient location. Lowe's is very competitive in pricing. Their employees make all the difference by coming to you and asking and willing to help. No chasing down help like another store. I also like using the Lowe's app from Google Play to help locate items in the store. It gives you the isle and bay of the item your wanting and it also shows the available stock on hand. No more runs to the store to find out they're out of stock. You can locate stores nearby with item on hand.

Lowe's likes to say they offer military, and veteran discounts but refuse to give discount with a veteran emblem on a drivers license, (which is a government issue ID). They try to make themselves look good on TV, but they aren't providing the discounts to all veterans.

The service manager Anthony is totally out of sync with providing service to customers. I drove 35 minutes to pick up an internet order that they called and informed me that it was ready. After 95 minutes if them trying to find it upon arrival, they told me it wasn’t there. I asked for a manager to hopefully provide me a resolution, instead I got Anthony. He just informed me that they didn’t have it, and that they would not be getting it, then proceeded to cancel my order. I asked about a similar item that they had in stock, to be offered at the same price for the inconvenience and his reply was “ no, we would then be losing money”. Congratulations Lowe’s, that management saved you a profit line but lost you a customer and contractor account in exchange.

I love Lowes home improvement stores. I visit frequently for all of my home DIY projects. The prices are wonderful and I get my military discount every time I make a purchase from Lowes unlike some other home improvement stores I've been to.

I came in to get a color match. I had to wait for an associate to arrive. As the associate came around, she had an aditiude and didn't calm down. She was rude and I heard her speaking bad about me to another associate. After which, she handed my paint and didn't even do a test on my cut out and just walked off. This is not the first time that I go to a Lowes and have to wait and still deal with the rudeness of an employee. Lowes is great for the their prices but not in customer satisfaction.
